These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Arcana House website (arcanahouse.com), your visits to our physical location at 347 Massachusetts Ave, Berthoud, CO 80513, and your participation in any classes, events, sessions, or bookings offered by Arcana House Ltd. ("Arcana House," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, booking a service, or visiting our space, you agree to these Terms. 1. About Arcana House
Arcana House is a curated retail, studio, and event space offering thoughtfully sourced goods (candles, botanicals, incense, crystals, books, plants), design consulting services, classes and workshops (meditation, metaphysics, men's work, and related programming), energy healing sessions, and studio/event space for rent.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
Use the site to transmit harmful code, spam, or unlawful content
Copy, reproduce, or repurpose our content, branding, or imagery without written permission
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate Arcana House or its team
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the site for anyone who violates these Terms.
3. Classes, Events, and Appointment Bookings
Classes, workshops, and sessions are booked through our third-party scheduling platform. Availability, pricing, and scheduling details are as listed at the time of booking and are subject to change.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes or events due to low enrollment, instructor/practitioner unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or rescheduling option.
Arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated and may forfeit the session without refund, at our discretion.
4. Energy Healing and Wellness Sessions
Energy healing, life activation, cord cutting, and related wellness sessions offered at Arcana House are provided by independent contractors, not employees of Arcana House. By booking or participating in these sessions, you acknowledge and agree that:
These sessions are complementary/wellness-oriented practices, not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and are not a substitute for professional medical care.
You should consult a licensed physician before participating if you have any medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about physical or mental health.
Arcana House and its practitioners make no guarantees regarding outcomes or results.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Arcana House's liability for any claim arising from a session is limited as described in Section 9 below.
(Recommend a signed liability waiver at booking/check-in for these sessions — a website T&C clause alone is thinner protection for health-adjacent services delivered by third-party contractors.)
5. Retail Purchases
Product descriptions, availability, and pricing for goods sold in-store or online (when applicable) are subject to change without notice.
6. Studio and Space Rental
Space rental for private events, sessions, or gatherings is subject to a separate rental agreement outlining terms, deposits, cancellation policy, and rules of use. These Terms do not replace that agreement where one exists.

7.1 SMS Disclosures By opting in to SMS communications from Arcana House, you agree to receive the following types of messages, and only these: responses to inquiries you send us (such as store hours, availability, and general questions), and appointment or booking-related communications. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or of booking any class, session, or service.
